Irony laughs at love

by damont   Jan 11, 2010

How can I put what we have in words
For in this matter you gave a confession
Now my heart and mind is tortured with confliction
For I know you never be truly mio mine

I know of the love you shared once in your past
The love so grand and great the love that would always last
I recognized it with each letter and story told
so how can I be the one to tear apart such a love?

It had been a while since I felt my heart thump
But the lies became too great to triumph.
Like mountains crashing down upon my world
You doubted, compared, and shut down my love

It was then my heart shut down
And now you come back around
Looking for the power to turn it back on
But your still with him your so called hubby
Your with him but you want me, irony is sometimes funny

What you want with me is strictly forbidden
Im looking and waiting for my future wife
You cant be that if your someones elses wifey
So the decision has been made already
It hurts to say this pero rechazo mi corazon
