My mind is shot,
My eyes are sore.
My thoughts take off,
And I try to remember how I was before.

In your eyes,
I saw that gleam;
The one I recollect,
And capture only in my dreams.

Wondering why you slipped away,
Remembering and trying to imagine.

Recall my mind,
Swirling and weak.
See my eyes,
Heavy and oblique.

In my mind,
I recollect your eyes.
