I so loved this poem, it definately made me smile and I like the story too haha

As I told you already, the fact that you wrote it within 10 minutes made it so much better, because it flows so fluently and the rhymes are great too, I would need hours to come up with that. :P

I remember this from before. It is a delight to read, the rhymes are spot on (as they say), the flow is excellent. Gives the reader an image of someone hurrying to get breakfast only to be disappointed with the meal. In my minds eye I can see the frown that would be on your face. LOL Well done.

I also like the buildup, I mean the scene sets some interesting atmosphere, but I didn't get why didn't you like the omelet? :P

veggie omelet - you mean omelet with vegetable in it?? like a spanish omelet ... because i never saw veggie used in front of an omelet :) i wonder how it will be :D

Good write, but may I suggest you look again at the fourth line? The rhythm might work better like this: "ran down the hall with ..." Of course that puts ran in two lines, so that particular word may not work.

Veggie omelet.. hmm..

As long as it has melted cheese.. then I guess its all right.
