Broken

Bleeding from a black hole
Where your heart should have been
But when he left, he reached
Through muscle bone and flesh
Ripped away what was barely left
Of an already broken heart.

I wrote this after a really bad breakup with a boy friend. I had thought that he was the one but he wasn't. It literally felt like he reached into my chest and ripped my heart out.
