Intriguing piece. I enjoyed the length, the succinctness; it made me want to read more, but at the same time, it didn't seem incomplete, cut short.
This is about depression, I take. The tint of abstractness is made by the tone, which is haunting and really fitting.
I liked the use of ellipses as it gave this a really unique flow, much like that of a person lost, and perhaps deranged? Shows how depression is overpowering, it can cause so much more.

"Is this that concept of alone?"

Perhaps it's just me, but I thought it would be better to change that to: the.

    " I have
    forgotten to cry...but for who?"

The ending really made it for me. Just thought that maybe you could insert a 'how' after "forgotten."

This is excellent. Depression though hard is a wonderful thing because it teaches us to find ourselves again, our strengths and our weaknesses.

Another brilliant wrote and I agree that though it was short it definitely want incomplete, Em
