Amazing... I am lost in your words... You are superb with this thought.... I have read all your poems I think, which talk about this guy... you create magic with every word...

    Amidst the chaos of words
    and metaphors, somewhere
in between the lines of rhymes
    and non-rhymes
    - I found you ..

    ^^^^

This is a great opener because it leaves the reader wondering...who is she talking to....my opinion...you're talking to yourself?

And with that pen of yours
I was lost; not to be found,
    sometimes in a lyrical melody
other times in a rebellious sea
of emotions. But never was I
able to easily escape the world
    you create with words.

    ^^^

If I'm on the right track and you are questioning yourself then you have done a great job with this stanza...only thing I would check is the word *create* because everything else in in past tense here?

    Remember when I once read
    my name somewhere in your
    library of thoughts? You called
    me your poetess; your inspiration.
Nestled in the tenderness of your
words; I felt like I was finally home.

    ^^^

I love the use of 'library of thoughts' but I stumbled over the word Ã"nce "...me with my accent perhaps but..it didn't seem necessary?

My poet, this may be the last
time my lines carry your name,
the last time my poetry speaks
to you. I don't know if it's in fact
you that I am leaving behind, or it's
the writer in me. But until we meet
again, until I learn how to hold that
    pen again; just remember...

*in fact* ? should this be one word...infact? honestly..I'm not sure so ask someone else about this please?

Really enjoyed this...your poetry is becoming more enjoyable the more I read it...keep it up!!!
