The Sea Once Lived

by robinhood   May 25, 2013

Such a wild sea,
flowing swiftly down the falls.
A Heart, it once had.
It ticked & tocked..
as the sea continued to walk.
The sea will Die.. the aquatic creatures
once thought.
So sad it was, truly,
but soon..the sea had stopped.
Such sorrow it felt..
For days, it would sleep,
resting in agony, but would never ever weep..

In a world so cold,
the aquatic creatures would strive..
For anyone who doubts it..
the sea is very alive.

Such a wild sea,
flowing swiftly down the falls..
A Heart it once had.
It ticked & tocked..
as the sea continued to walk..

Great poem, the sea and ocean has so much life in them and depth, one could never know all there is to these. This poem makes me think of the times I drive to see the ocean and how it seems to never end. The details here creates a great imagery in my head, so therefore it a great write.

    Good write...AL
