    OMG Liz:(

I know what this is about and I am having goose bumps all over!
Know this: they never, I repeat never get away with it, God does punish, I have seen it with my own eyes more than once.

He took your past, don't let him take your present and your future. The best way to overcome this, is to let the memories go and move on. He is not worth to spend another second on.
Allow your wounds to heal and grant yourself the life you can have, a life free of pain.

Look up The Work by Byron Katie and also on YouTube seminars by dr Wayne Dyer. Lots of their knowledge is for free and a big help to overcome a haunting past.

    Love always,
    Ingrid xx

    Hello,

this is indeed heartbreaking. What happens when you treat children, in fact any human in an inhumane way? They become sponges that absorb the nastiness. When this continues the sponges become non human, just a damaged vessel that can only sink.

A great write that has so much to say. Well done!!

    Take care,

    Michael

I love a poem that clicks for me at the end. Suddenly it all makes sense and ties together and I have to read the whole thing over again with new appreciation and understanding. Beautiful write.
