This really does hit hard, heightened by the quick-fire lines which give it a really punchy and desperate feel.
I do not know much about this condition but I know it affects people terribly and this poem seems to sum up how difficult it is to live with perfectly. Your fear and loathing of this and what it has done to you come through loud and clear.
    Great write. Take care,
    Ben

Bipolar can be treated but is not cureable. I can relate to each of your lines. Emotions playing a trick on us, going from happy to sad and ending in a dark hole. People even the ones close to us react in a cruel way sometimes. They don't understand that we have no control and we are fighting very hard. The meds can make it worse at times. Take it one moment at the time and do the best you can. Never give up hope . Surround yourself with positive things and keep writing. There are others who truly understand your pain. I am one of those. Take care and bless you.
