    Very good and justifiably damning. Still, I hope I am a little more than a 'lotus' in the Almighty's eyes, lol.
    This almost reads like a senryu, especially with the impact of those last couple of lines.

    I know that the lotus flower has symbolic meanings in different religions but...I also know that it is basically a very fragile flower and I thing that is what you are portraying here? Big wigs making big money but...at the end of our life we are all lotuses...probably totally wrong in my theory but made me think...

      Hello Hellon,

      First of all thanks a lot for viewing my poem.

      Here is the explanation.

      Fraudulent people are making
      the earth a muddy domain.

      These two lines is explaining about our sinful or corrupted world. It's about those people who are not obeying the laws of God and living sans the fear of the God. They are doing sins like corruption, murders, theft, rape, adultery. etc. and that's why the world is becoming a muddy domain or sinful place.

      But never forget that you are a lotus
      in the sight of the almighty.

      Now here, these two lines is balancing the negative content of the previous two lines.

      First let me tell you natures of lotus.

      - The lotus flower is the foremost symbol of beauty.
      - The lotus flower grows in muddy water and rises above the surface to bloom with remarkable beauty.

      So, I'm trying to explain the readers that they are living in place full of mud, but yet they are a beautiful lotus in the sight of the almighty. It means that god love those who are holy and just.

      Another explanation for inspiration for the readers that if the world is becoming muddy then you have your own ability to emerge out from the muddy water like a lotus as you have drowned all your sins down to become a holy person in the sight of the Lord.
