    Lovely poem, strong message.
I was wondering in stanza 2 line 1
Is it suppose to say "once" not one?

    Miss Dagmar,

I feel that 'Hippie' in this old soul too :)
Do whatever you feel your heart desires, pick those flowers and put them in your hair. Listen to your favourite tune, and waltz with your soul lady!!
    Hug and love

Hey Dag, you pulled out one of those old sayings from the days of the Beatles, and Elvis. When I read it, I laughed, I remember dating a young lady that asked me if I was a Hippie? I think she got that impression because, I was a backward guy, unbelievably shy, so, I put on an act, which was so strange, causing her voiced observance. Life has a way in changing us, doesn't it? Good work, 5/5

I really liked this a lot Dagmar. You put those flowers in your hair, sing and dance. Do not let this illness win! Hugs-

I love the determination shown here. When darkness starts to block out the light you say, no! What better symbol of light and happiness than flowers. Flowers are positive and available for all. This sounds like this new age hippie way of life is the right fit for you. Go girl! X

Keep fighting my dear and Wear those flowers in your hair.

I'm too young (coughs nervously) to be a hippie perhaps. Guess I kinda am in some ways though.

    Loved your words.
