You and Me

by Samantha   Oct 27, 2004

Your body is your canvas,
You cover it with beautiful art.
Your mind is an original,
Your definitely a world apart.

I think thats why I like you,
I know thats why I care.
But you'll never really see me,
For who I am, you'll never really be there.

You'll never want to hold me tight,
Or lay with me under the summer moonlight.
You'll never want to look at me,
And see all that together we could be.

So for now it's just you and me,
Friends for now until the end.
But I'll always be there for you,
Come summer rain or winters end.
