Suicide..."babi girl"

Following your laughter
To your dark and gloomy room
Never took the last step
It’s me that caused your doom

I would have gone to check
But your laughter confirmed your state
I thought you were alright
Never thought this was your fate

Hours passed like days
And I hadn’t heard a sound
So I decided to take a peek
And was in shock with what I found

Blood was on your bed
Blood was on the floor
I looked around in shock
To find you hanging from your door

A rope around your neck
I didn’t understand
As I walked in utter fear
And grabbed the note from your still hand

It said ”I tried to tell you many times
I tried to help you see
That the girl you lived with every day
That girl just wasn’t me

I ‘m sorry if I hurt you
But you need to understand this
I tried, I really did
Please just look at my wrist”

So with that, I put it down
And pulled up her right sleeve
I saw the cuts all up her arm
An image to deceive

I found the knife that she had used
And stabbed right through my heart
To you it’s called mere suicide
But to me a work of art…

‘cause me and my dear baby girl
could never be apart…
