The rain

I wish it would always rain
Because then they wouldnt see me cry
But i wish i would always rain
Because my tears wouldnt run dry
I wish i was standing in the rain
Soaking through my clothes
Drenching my pain
Quenching my thirst
For something to cover me
Swallow me up
Silence my plea
I wish it would always rain
Because then i'd feel right
I got my inspiration
Because its raining tonight
