    Wow, that was beautiful.
I have always been to Remembrance day and I certainly think you did it justice with this poem.

I enjoyed the theme you used and the story. It genuinely touched my heart, and it is good to know that people still remember.

Well done, A great write on a touching subject.

Wow, very powerful, good poem to read. I like the way you wrote it, my ex boyfriend went out to war and he came back ok but the worry was a great stress to my life. I was touched by this poem.

Amazing job. very sad but it's very true. i do believe with the soliders. There's a mistake in your poem i do believe when i was reading this.

"but when he turned to her mother, he saw a sad and silent tear"

    it should be

"but when he turned to HIS mother, he saw a sad and silent tear" not her mother.

but another then that you did an amazing job.

keep it up. keep on writing. love always && forever. Also thank you for the commenting my poems means alot to me.

That is amazing!!! It gives you a view point of what I think to be a small child, I really like that. And it is visual. That is always a plus. I also like how you rhyme. Great Job! Keep it up ;)

I loved this poem, and i understand that a loss that big can effect the world and for you to remember and show how you fell about it with a poem means a lot to many people.

This poem was so sad, it brought tears to my eyes.
It was superbly written, and writing from a childs point of view always makes it that much more powerful to the reader.

The flow and rhythmn were excellent.. everything about this poem was truly amazing.. well done 5/5 xx

I loved this poem! the only thing was that you switched between verb tenses, i.e. it went from present to past then back again, but otherwise, a phenomenally (sp?) written piece~

This poem tells a really good story. Very honourable of you to write a poem of Rememberance. The battlefields of graves are there to teach us a lesson, but we will never learn.

The poem started off a little shakey when you write 'side' and 'outside', but the rest of it was great. Keep up the good work.
