Dreamer

I am but a dreamer
Dreams never wake me up
Dewdrops keep on waiting in lieu
& enchanting night to bid adieu

Time passes ruthlessly
never cares, dreams are flimsy
I woo thee with soft melody
lulled moonlight gives me peace

who cares for life's busy throng
of course not a dreamer like me
let the life play its own song
dreams awake unto me..
