"Every day they make me proud
of who they have become
apart of my is so happy
but a part of me is numb."

That stanza struck me because it is how i'm feeling right now.

"Good luck to all the friends I made
through this very long year
I hope you know I am proud of you
even though I shed tears. "

But the last stanza made me smile because you made me see, that goodbyes aren't forever unless you make them that way
