Unbeknownst to me

I dont know where Im going
I dont know where Ive been
I dont know what Im doing
And whats going on within

I feel the tears behind them
These weary eyes so wide
And for some reason I dont know
Whats happening to me inside

Emotions fleeting by
Unbeknownst to me
I cant tell what they say
But I know they are meant to be

I cant tell you why Im like this
I wish I could tell myself
All I know is that for some time
I havent been myself

And yet for years I dealt with
my insecurities
Unable to read my thoughts
And emotions ambiguities

So I leave myself in tears
Huddled in a chair
Trying to figure out problems
That probably arent even there.
