Jewels that come down from the heavens
softly kissing our lips

Melting away
They glisten as would a tear drop

they gently pile up
creating tiny hills

as a ray of light comes beaming down
it displays a heavenly glow of pure whiteness

they drift toward us
freezing our finger tips

taking our warmth away
turning our hearts icy cold

slowly drifting down
she falls to the ground

being covered in snow
she begins to feel warmth

although her body freezing
he kissed her lips

as she faded away
he kissed her soul

she said it was okay
but she felt dark and stiff

he put a jewel to her finger
asking her to marry him

closing her eyes,
letting a tear trickle down her cheeks
she smiled happily and said yes
and to his surprise, it was already the end of the beginning.
