Little Jackie Ripper

by Twisted Heart   Oct 21, 2007

Little Jackie Ripper perched
on a window sill
Looked about the street below
a victim he could steal
Among the shadows of the night
a girl came into view
He spread his wings, took his stance
and off the sill he flew.

He swooped among the clutter deep
onto the streets below
Into the darkened alley
he now chanced to go
His fangs were ready for the neck
of his tasty treat
The girl that he had seen before
walking on the street.

He snuck up there behind her
as quiet as could be
Sunk his fangs into the neck
expecting such a treat
But all at once he shuddered deep
as stars flew round his head
It wasn't quite the tasty treat
For... she was already dead.
