    I apologize Larry for being so bare with my comment, but all I can say at this moment is WOW! I truly love this piece and the message is very powerful!!

    I feel so guilty reading this poem, thanks a lot Larry! But really, thanks for making me realize how much I've missed out life during the past year. It was said by Fyodor that the greatest happiness is knowing the root of unhappiness, and for me, this is the cause of grief... knowing I had so much time and chance to do what I should have but didn't. Now we turn a new leaf and given another amazing chance. I won't let it slip.

    No one ever died a death
    more inglorious than sitting
    before a television choking
    in their lazy boy recliner;
    Yet, no one will be missed more
    than the kid who helped out.

    ^ reminds me of a new Billy Collins poem about modern teenagers. I should post it in the board soon.

    Great write. Thought provoking indeed. :)
