Song I heard once and cannot find

Hi all,

First time posting here in the discussion area. There is a song by an amateur pianist I found years ago in the catacombs of the old Yahoo search engine while looking for new music. It wasn't anything mainstream, it was a simple recording of a guy singing at home while playing his piano. I don't remember the name of the artist or the song but I remember the following lyrics and the melody:

"So she closes her eyes and hides all the pain,
covers her ears, she can't hear the rain.
In her heart she believes, there is no doubt,
that there is a way out of this."

I know it's a shot into a black hole, but if anyone knows this song, please share it!!
