Read or Sing

sometimes poetry makes some of the best poems but also... sometimes reading in a certain tone makes it just as good. If you could choose would you rather have your poems be sung or read aloud? And if sung to what kind of tune and if read, what would you do to enhance it and what kind of voice would you do to catch the readers attention?

I sing more than I write, so I would love to have my poems sung i just dont know how

I would rather have mine read. When you read them you can put so much emotion in the tone of your voice. Plus not all poems are good songs.
