Once again, it's beautiful. However, I suggest you try writing different types of poetry. Vary yourself and see where your weaknesses and strengths are. Sometimes it can get boring for readers when they have the same thing in front of them all the time.

"Its sharing and caring,"
-It's needs an apostrophe.

"Loving and being Loved."
-You don't need to capitolize loved. Not really sure why you did here.

"Weeping together,Praying together,"
-again, i don't know why you are capitolizing words. Praying shouldn't be captiolized.. unless that's just your format or whatever..

What a powerful ending. It is definatly everything two people that love do. They care about one another deeply, they love eachother, they hold hands, etc. etc. Nicely done... 5/5. Again, I wish you both luck with your wedding :] It seems like there is definatly going to be one very soon.

Nice descriptive poem. sometimes rhythm is a bit off but still sounds sweet. i just think you could develop in in some way, for example add some beautiful imagery that you assosiate with love
