Great job although you do need punctuation at the end of your lines.

I likes your last two lines the most

I realize this is my life
And I am a prisoner of war

It fit the poem perfectly and describes alot about people in itself as in life we are prisoners.

Not your best in my opinion but even your worst is great. I feel like I should give you some negative feedback or critisism, so here it is: in my opinion the word "grenade" was used to often. But I'm a girl and war is something I don't really know much about, what can I say. anyways the meaning definatley got across.
