It's a truly great poem, the contence is great, the story comes right from the heart and you poured your soul in it. And that's the most important thing in poetry.

But the eye wants something too, work a little on the visual effect, leave some white lines between in this case every four lines or so.
This doesn't change anything about the contence or the words, for they don't recuire changing (and that's a compliment), but it would make it easier reading.
