Oh my, Gabby! I think you've really outdone yourself here, hunni. It was very beautiful.. your sweet words calmed and relaxed me. I'm sure that if someone was by my bed saying this all to me, I would drift off to sleep and dream of only happy things.

I think my favorite stanza would have to be the second one. Only because of how you rhymed things up. The entire stanza just came together perfectly and I thought it was very beautiful. It was just... so realistic to me. Especially the last line. Thinking of blue skies and grass of green was just the highlight of the entire thing. I loved it, babe. Very creative.

You don't really see a lot of lullabies on this site. And I'm really glad you wrote one. It was sweet, beautiful, touching, and really did work out for you.
