I find this poem is very good. Feelings are very strong and well expressed. Flow is also very good and the whole poem remains true to the subject.
Only thing I personally feel is you can write it little bit more compactly. Like in the second line you've used too many words using comma... To me that doesn't sound very good.
But overall it's a good poem.
