Night approaches as the silence grows in anticipation, awaiting its time of arrival.
The banshee inhales, consuming all that is around, securing its domain.
As it ritualistically claims its victory in advance! Knowing, there is no adversary,
it exhales, in victory once again, releasing all the evil of its very existence.

There is no longer need for its screams, but only the stench of its breath.
To awaken its innocent victim as it does nightly, seeking out that which it does not deserve.

But tonight the silence is broken by the gentle whisper of a greater adversary.
Calmly, gently, tenderly the adversary steadily approaches. A glowing light brightens.

Consuming all darkness until the banshee starts to tremble in anticipation.
What mighty warrior is this? Does he not know this darkness is my domain?

Suddenly the light becomes brighter, until the banshee can no longer see.
In fear he trembles, realizing who has arrived, as the mighty warrior begins to speak:

I am FORGIVENESS and none can conquer me now, for I am accompanied by LOVE
Did you not foresee its bright light shinning? The banshee tries to fight in a futile attempt.
I have power, for I have two at my command! I have FEAR, I have HATE and I am REVENGE!
The mighty warrior gently speaks. Though I am but one none can conquer me.
For I am accompanied by the greatest warrior of all! The guiding light of LOVE!
The banshee collapses in defeat. But where will we go? For we must exist!
Calmly the mighty warrior commands the banshee, YOU MAY ONLY GO,------------------ WHERE I AM NOT

    Jim,

I didn't really understand this verse, but I have changed it a little because you asked me to look at it for you. This is how I would have posted it. Just look carefully and you will see what I mean:)
I hope you appreciate my input, I mean well with you:)

    Take care.

In the first stanza there should not be a space between 'adversary'and 'it exhales'. It must have been broken off unintentionally:)
