Awwwww oh my gosh.. this poem is so sad... it really almost made me cry. it didnt but it almost did lol.

if this is true. im so sorry that you had to go through all of that... i hope things get better. keep your head up.

"It was the worst day in my life"

^^in this line i think it would sound better if you used "of" instead of "in"

    thats just my opinion.

overall i thought it was very heartfelt .. and a well written poem.

Woah, this poem is amazing im sorry about your dad, im sure he was a great man no matter what, and im sure you love him very much. Its weird about life how someone can go away like that, i dont know why that is but it makes everything else so strong in a way if i make any since.

    keep it up.
    keep on writing.
    love always and forever.

This poem made me cry. truly. because of the strong emotion through it, because of the way you expressed it. the deatails of the day you describe, the song and the answering machine - and all the things you miss, all the things you are sorry for... this poem seems very special.

Oh wow. This was full of pure sadness. I almost began to cry. The ending was amazing . . . probably the saddest part of this entire poem. This definatly is amazing, it nearly made me cry. This was just excellent. Nothing else more to say than that. 5/5.

Awww... this is so touching so heartfelt... the last stanza really touched my heart...
    so beautiful and so sad...

"The tears stream down my face
Of a promise he was sure he would keep
But he ran out of time, the car tires screeched
I'll see him one day, the day I also sleep. "

^^ I cannot explain how I felt while reading these lines... It really took my breath away...
    wonderfully written...

    Beautifull write.. loved reading it...
    keep writing...
