Great poem.. but i find you should put some rhymes in it.. it will sound more powerful and it will be more emotional, also the last line ... this is a suggestion should have something to do with your self something like..

A person have just given up
That person had died
And about that grave
"that grave is mine" ... obviously the quotes are my suggestion.. but make the poem more personal.. you know what i mean ??
