Im very sorry to hear about that. It must be very hard to cope with everything! The most saddest things bring out the most painful but hearfelt things ever!

There a many little grammar mistakes that make the poem more difficult to read. Reread it and see if you might be able to fix them, please. It would make it more understandable and better help to let people relate to the emotion there.

I've been through basically the same experience, but different, I am so sorry another one of us had to endure that kind of hard ship. Its still hard to get through the day. I am sorry.
