Wow, this poem really is full of sadness. Pure emotions, feelings coming straight from the heart. As I was reading this poem I could feel your pain and your saddness and your emotions very well.. I could see them so clearly, because I can relate to having my heart broken.. as well.

"One thing that I know will remain, is the regret within my soul.
I have to live with my mistakes and live my life knowing I did wrong."
`This is actually a very truthful statement you made here. Regrets will remain within you, yet.. you have to live with the mistakes you've made and you have to face the facts.

One more thing to add, I loved the first stanza.. I had a vivid image in my mind as I read that, the mascara smearing down her face, and the dark circles that remain under her eyes..

Pure sadness in this write, I can't tell you how easily I felt your emotions. :/ I hope youre gonna be okay. I'm always here if you need to talk. This poem was full of emotions, almost overflowing.. Word choice was fabulous.. great write.. flawless. 5/5.
