Thank you so much for the support on this one. Last few months has been very disturbing for us with all the blasts. Every second day we used to get news of blasts and then sometimes it was just rumours leading to stampede. It was hard to decide..where to go and where not to...how to commute...is even our own home safe enough?
I am glad that i could release my feelings and with your support things becomes so easy for me. Thank you so much once again.

^that line was just . . . i don't even know! lol i loved that line.

the opening stanza was incredible. the whole poem was perfect. even if its not a love poem, you and nitin pulled it off. which isn't a surprise. lol

Cindy & Nitin you pen such touching poetry together. One can not help but to wipe a tear after reading this poem.

It is though you have both wrote this piece through one set of eyes and a heart beating as one.

Give those you love flowers while they live
For tomorrow may be snatched away
Don't wait for burials and funeral pyres
We are never promised another day

So true this last stanza ... tomorrow is not promised and never will be for anyone.

Couldn't agree with you more on how religion plays such drastic role in demolishing everybit of what we all know has been blessed by the one supreme. At the end of the day, I strongly believe what goes around comes around. Lovely write you two.
