This is a sad write indeed. I can feel your disappointment but the next time if this should happens, just ignore this person. Fortunately, not all beggers on the road are alcoholic or drug addicts, some are just asking for help to have something to eat. However, whatever, it's your choice whether you offer or not, kel.
