    You do such a good job setting a stage-one of the most important things in reading a poem is the ability to tell who the speaker is- you just lay it right out there, it makes sense, and at least in this case, you have no choice but to sympathize with him.
    It is interesting how he is loathing the 'purpose' of his existence, it's a nice variation- most people want it to be a meaningless existence. Great difference.
    The use of faith in two consecutive sentences kind of bothers me a little, but I can't think of much else I'd change about the poem.
