REMEMBER: Everything needs to go together. Yesterday = past tense. So, everything must be in past tense (check the rest of the poem for this problem as well);

Everything falling apart,
Little puzzles coming together
But still you broke my heart.

[Everything FELL apart,
Little puzzles CAME together
But you still broke my heart]

Other than the past/present tense mix ups all you have to take out of the poem/fix in it is the ellipsis' (...) they need taken out. There is NO NEED for them at all.
