^^^To truly give yourself is what love is all about. A lot of people make the mistake of overdoing it and make themselves bigger than they are. In the end they lose the one they long to have, because eventually all comes out..no one can hide from the truth.

Aww CJ, this is such a sweet and caring poem. It really shows what you are willing to do for the person you love. I agree with Ingrid, giving yourself, as you are, is a huge thing.. it means you arent hiding behind anything and you arent pretending anything. This was such a simple poem, but it really hit me hard. You are a great poet.
