I thought I'd comment on this as I think it has potential!

First of all, the first stanza has great flow, and the rhyme doesn't seem forced. I admire your simplicity with langauge in the second stanza, and you continue the rhythm in the third stanza. Do you write songs? This is very song like. We can all relate to the fourth stanza, we've all felt like that - it's easily relatable, which is good :] the following stanza is quite saddening, but syntatically it gets a bit lost, and you could do with putting some punctuation in there to help the flow. Sometimes we all need to get things out there but why not turn it into a piece of art? :]

I think a good title would be 'Confession' or something simple to compliment the simplicity and the theme of the poem. Well done.
