How beautiful. Nature poems seem to grasp my heart. It is something I hold dear and I absolutely love to read one that seems to project my thoughts and feelings. You have done that in this beautiful piece my friend. Thank you for sharing another great write.

Thank you Kay! The place that inspires these nature poems for me is Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary in Sharon, Massachusetts.
So I always bring a notebook when walking there. It's very idyllic and tranquil place!

Reading this, I got a feeling of peace and quite in this place you wrote about. I could also see the person walking, taking in the beauty of nature. Well done.

"Catching the brilliant glow of dying sunlight
Emerald green diffuse across this ancient path."

A poem full of imagery, I enjoyed the journey in my mind. Excellent

The only thing I didnt like about this poem was that it wasnt separated into stanzas, instead it was just one big stanza. I personally would have broke it up a bit. But aside from that great work, very well done with the imagery.
