What a powerful write! I would say this was between a poem and a speech. Interesting thoughts, and death is something very devestating; I'm sure we all have different opinions on where someone goes after they die. It's always been a debated issue, whether people go to heaven or hell, what it is really like for them. Loved loved loved the ending... perfect ending. A well expressed write with your thoughts.

Death, to me, is nothing at all
    Like a dreamless night, really
    Dark. Black. Absolute nothing.
For all of eternity, a long sleep

*I love the way you wrote this stanza. The one word sentences are so clever and effective for what you are saying. Very well writeen here.I can feel the darkness and emptiness. Wow*

    With angels, and fluffy clouds
    Makes death sound inviting
    But the word Death alone
    No explanation what so ever
Makes you have to think. Right?

*This stanza really does make me think. I love the imagery and how you express your feelings of death. I agree with Temps..this was a very powerful piece. Very thought-provoking.This was also very personal too. I could tell you just let everything go here. That you just wrote how you felt. One of your best I think hun. I loved it. Keep it up ^.^*

Death is a middle ground between devastation and celibration, we mourn over the loss of a life we cherish and love but we celibrate in rememberance of who they where and what it is they did with thier life. I love this poem tho its focus is on tragidy from what i gather you are either afraid of loosing someone, sence you dont understand the poem yourself I would not assume that you have recently lost someone. Sry if my comment is not making sence, i have not slept in a few days. But really, lovly write, and keep it up, you have a gift
