This poem is written well and it does not have that tone of self pity in it a lot of these kind of poems do.
You know how to express yourself well, so good job on the poem!
About anorexia: it feels good to have at least control over one aspect of your life. You are probably dominated by your parents or peers in a way that makes you feel helpless.

There is a trap, Katie: once you have lost so many weight that your body starts to use the muscle tissue of your heart to survive, you will die without a shadow of a douth and it is an irreversible process once it has set in.
Seek help, dear girl or prepare for the worst.

Your lovley as are you should make sure with them why they look diffrently at you it could be a whole other reason. Just I dont think it has anything to do with your weight. Parents can do a considerable ammount of emotional damage without knowing it so dont let it get to you but this is another excellent write keep it up .
