My opinion on 'would I take him/her back?
I would make them sit down and explain to me exactly why I should take them back. The fact that they love you doesn't mean anything if all they're doing is hurting you. If they're cheating, piss them off quick and don't look back. If its... just saying the wrong things, doing stupid stuff, drinking heavily or addicted to drugs... then that is something every individual would look at for themselves. I myself, would walk away from the alcoholic/drug addict... especially if they pushed me away when I was helping. Love only comes into the decision after you consider everything else...
