Wow, this deffinatly has emotion down. The wording is okay, it does create a nice flow and establish the emotion, but it is a bit on the bland side... Though overall I think this poem could be improved in many ways, not to say it is not well written, because that would be a lie. but it could be improved to be stronger or more unique.
