I was floored by this poem. I can tell you are a young writer but you express such maturity in your style. You pay attention to things like flow. It was almost like you were just talking, yet expressing, and at the same time creating something beautiful.

And btw I get it personally. I am older now but I do remember these feelings. Trust me, grow spiritually and it gets better. :)
