I agree very much with this.

"It's hard to be vulnerable. Letting trust slowly seep from your marrow. Walls locking in everything you need to let go. Not allowing you to see past your pain."

That captures it perfectly. Nicely written.

Remorse for what was lost
Ignorance of what was gained
An introduction of fear
The mortar of self destruction

Yet another great poem for you. Id like to drag this on and exaggerate it , but this was one of those poems where I'd really just say, great work! I really really enjoyed it!
