Yaki, the maturity in your poetry that has grown so much in the past couple months absolutely astounds me. You have reached a new level of maturity and wisdom in your life and you can definitely notice. You are growing into an important and strong woman, and it's so amazing to see the journey through your poetry.

This poem says so much. It's true, it seems like we sacrifice SO much for very little, but happiness isn't a little thing. We have to relish in the love of the little things, or we'll never truly get through the burdens you've posted throughout this poem :)
