The hold you have

by My tiny voice   Jul 11, 2011

I am bound by this hold you have on me,
our body's are in twinned.
No longer is my breath for me alone,
I share my secrets, i share my soul.
Take me fair lover,
for I am yours to have.
I beg of you be gentle,
to break easy i would fall.
Your touch shudders through my body,
I am complete at last.
A life of waiting,
my knight has finally come.
Let it be light or dark,
for no fear will come to me.
Protect and love,
forever in your faith.
Shall no harm come upon us,
floating in a dance of passion.
My heart. My body.
My Love.

The title you chose does not tell too much about what the reader has to expect. I think it fits and gets people curious. I also liked your choice of words in this poem and the way you used them. Directing the poem to a specific person gives the reader the possibility to follow your thoughts and understand your emotions for that person. This poem is filled with a lot of passion and I enjoyed reading it :)
