It's good, I just think the last stanza needs some Commas Hehe. I found my self reading with none stop at the first sentence and it confused me a little bit. Until, I went back and read with pauses. "but when i talk, you just hear but" Aside from that it's great. 5/5

Oh and this is my favorite part especially the last sentence.

But now when I talk you just hear but don't listen to what I have to say,
You just pull your heart away.
So not even to myself do I want to confess,
That as time goes by I don't seem to like you less
