I think that the emotions in this poem are really powerful and they show much more than your words do. The speaker seems frustrated, sad, guilty and filled with sorrow. The fact that you directed this poem at the person you're refering to makes it really personal and underline the speakers emotional situation.

I do hope that this is "only" a poem afterall and that you didn't actually experience this. If you did I'm really sorry and though I do not know what happened I think it's not your fault.
